Here’s a list of five simple and practical things you can do before you see your doctor to help improve your chances of getting an accurate and timely diagnosis. They work for every body.

You're right; the three minute limit is hard for most. But remember, it's just a summary. If you can get through the summary in under three minutes, good PCP's will ask more detailed questions. And then you can answer them in full.
